The anti-wear layer generally accounts for 1/3-2/3 of the total thickness. During the composite processing of the wear layer, the anti-wear layer is in a cracked state, and the crack cannot extend into the matrix, otherwise the bearing capacity of the substrate is affected. There is no crack between the anti-wear layer and the substrate. Otherwise, the wear layer will fall off during the processing such as deformation or during use, and the anti-wear effect will not be achieved. Cracking cracks make it possible to deform the composite wear-resistant steel plate.
