Ceramic rubber wear plates can be divided into the following structures:
1. Ceramic rubber composite lining The mosaic ceramic is embedded in natural rubber to form a square wear-resistant rubber lining. The high-strength organic adhesive is used to bond the lining to the inner steel plate of the equipment to form a strong and cushioned. The anti-wear layer of the force, the ceramic rubber plate is called a two-in-one ceramic rubber composite wear-resistant lining;
2. The mosaic type ceramic piece or the large piece of alumina ceramic lining plate is embedded in the rubber and vulcanized together with the steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel plate composite wear-resistant anti-impact lining plate called a three-in-one ceramic rubber composite wear-resistant lining board. Generally, the three-in-one ceramic rubber lining has bolt holes or mounting studs. The field installation can be installed only by bolts. It is quick to install, but it is not suitable for surface equipment installation.
