1. High wear resistance
Carbon content in the chemical composition of the alloy layer of 4 ~ 5%, the chromium content up to 25 ~ 30%, the microstructure of Cr7C3 carbide volume fraction of 50% or more, the macro hardness HRC56-62, the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400 ~ 1800, higher than the hardness of sand quartz in HV800 ~ 1200. Due to the vertical distribution of carbide in the direction of abrasion, the wear-resisting performance more than doubled, even compared with the casting alloy with the same composition and hardness. Compared with some typical abrasion resistance of materials:
(1) with low carbon steel; 20 ~ 25:1
(2) with high manganese steel; 5 ~ 10:1
(3) and tool steel; 5 ~ 10:1
(4) with high chromium cast iron; 1.5 ~ 2.5:1
2. Good impact resistance
The bottom layer of wear-resistant composite steel plate is low carbon steel or low alloy. Ductile materials such as stainless steel, which reflect the superiority of bimetal, wear resistance wear resistance wear and wear medium, substrate bearing media load, therefore have good impact resistance. It can withstand the shock and wear of high drop hopper in the material conveying system.
3. Good heat resistance
Wear-resisting layer is recommended to use under the working condition of 600 ℃ or less use, if adding vanadium alloy layer, such as molybdenum alloy, can withstand the high temperature of 800 ℃ or less wear and tear.
The recommended temperature is as follows:
Ordinary carbon steel substrate recommended is not higher than 480 ℃ condition of use;
Low alloy heat-resistant steel base board (15 crmo, 12 cr1mov, etc.) recommended base plate is not higher than 540 ℃ condition of use;
Heat resistant stainless steel substrates recommend used at not higher than 800 ℃ condition.
4. Good corrosion resistance
The alloy layer of wear-resisting composite steel plate contains high percentage of metal chromium, so it has the ability of anti-rust and corrosion resistance. It can be used to prevent mucous coal for use in coal drop and funnel.
5. Strong applicability
Wear-resistant composite steel plate specifications, varieties, has been serialized. The thickness of wear-resistant alloy layer is 3 ~ 20mm. The thickness of the composite steel plate is 6mm and the thickness is not limited. At present, the standard wear-resistant composite steel plate can provide 1200 or 1500 x 2000mm, or according to the user demand, according to the drawing dimension to order processing. Wear-resistant composite steel plate is divided into three types: common type, impact resistance and high temperature type.
6. Convenient processing performance
Wear-resistant composite steel plates can be cut, perforated, rolled plate bending and welding process, and made into various shapes of plates, arcs, cones, cylinders, etc. The cut composite plate can be welded into various engineering structural parts or parts. It can also be fixed on the equipment with bolts or welding, and it is convenient to replace the maintenance.
7. High price performance ratio
Wear-resistant composite steel plate has high performance ratio. Compared with ordinary steel plate, the service life can be increased by more than 10 times, which makes the maintenance cost and the loss of downtime greatly reduced, so the performance ratio is 2 ~ 4 times that of ordinary materials.
