1, wear and tear

The ceramic is made of 95% AL2O3 with a variety of wear-resistant materials. It is 100 tons dry pressed and has the characteristics of high density, high toughness and wear resistance. Tested by the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the wear resistance of the wear-resistant ceramics produced by our company is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron.

2. Resistance to severe cold and high temperature

The integrated vulcanized impact-resistant wear-resistant ceramic liner is developed on the basis of summing up many years of experience. Various components are added to the rubber so that the rubber will not be in the low temperature of minus 50 degrees and the high temperature of 100 degrees. Change the internal structure to avoid aging of the rubber and peel off the tiles.

3. Impact resistance

The wear-resistant ceramics produced by our company introduced Cr2O3 and TiO2 which are similar to Al2O3 lattice in the formulation, and added ZnO whiskers introduced from Toshiba Corporation of Japan, forming a solid solution with Al2O3 during sintering. Crystallization, promoting sintering and improving fracture toughness. Due to the high price of this raw material, other domestic manufacturers have not adopted this formula.

The fracture toughness of our company's wear-resistant ceramic products is KIC≥4.8Mpa/m.

4. Strong bonding

Our company takes the most reliable way to ensure that it does not fall off during operation:

A. The vulcanization process of ceramics and rubber is mature and reliable.

In the ceramic surface treatment before vulcanization, we use surface treatment agents imported from the United States. The vulcanized product does not fall off the rubber even if the liner is bent 360°.

B. Ceramic lining and steel are firmly attached

In the bonding of ceramic lining and steel, we use imported special metal and rubber adhesive. The product has strong adhesive strength, good heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. As a special adhesive for ceramic rubber linings in our company, it has been used by hundreds of customers in the past ten years, and the reliability is very good. So far, there is no problem of product falling off.

The organic binder has a maximum temperature resistance of 100 ° C and a minimum temperature of 50 ° C. It is mainly suitable for the bonding of ceramic rubber composite lining. Due to the strong adhesive force of organic adhesive and the large contact area between the lining and the equipment, it is very suitable for the anti-wear of the material conveying system with large impact and serious wear, such as power plant coal conveying system. Steel, smelting and sintering plants, etc.
