The chromium carbide wear-resistant plate produced by the company is made by surfacing process. On the substrate of medium and low carbon steel plates such as Q235 / A3, one or more layers of wear-resistant alloys containing a large amount of chromium carbide hard particles are deposited and some special elements are added (Mo, Nb, Ni, W, V, etc.) This forms a hard, wear-resistant layer. The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbides in the metallographic structure of the wear-resistant layer reaches more than 50%.
