Rubber vulcanization conditions can be divided into cold vulcanization, room temperature vulcanization and hot vulcanization.

1. Cold vulcanization, the product is immersed in a carbon disulfide solution containing 2% to 5% of sulfur chloride.

2. Room temperature vulcanization, using room temperature vulcanized cement (mixed rubber solution) for vulcanization.

3, hot vulcanization can be divided into direct vulcanization, indirect vulcanization and mixed gas vulcanization three methods. 1 Direct vulcanization, vulcanization in hot water or steam medium. Indirect vulcanization, vulcanization in hot air. 3 mixed gas vulcanization, first with air vulcanization, and then with direct steam vulcanization.

4. Natural rubber products are cross-linked with sulfur as a cross-linking agent and are named ‘sulfurization’. Many types of non-sulfur crosslinking agents are now used for crosslinking.

5, in the hot vulcanization process, the general temperature is 10 °C, curing time is reduced by about half. Rubber is a poor thermal conductor, which can easily cause uneven vulcanization.

6, the main factors affecting the vulcanization process are: the amount of curing crosslinking agent, curing temperature and curing time.
