Principle: 

Chromium carbide wear-resistant composite steel plate is composed of 16Mn plate (or A3 steel plate) + chromium carbide alloy metal wear layer. Our company directly uses all-metal surfacing and wear-resistant plates to make all kinds of chute wear-resistant pipes.

Method:

 The wear-resistant layer adopts the method of arc welding or submerged arc welding, which is generally selected according to the thickness of the wear layer. Sometimes we directly use the welding robot to weld the wear layer directly on the already formed ordinary steel pipe.

Performance:

Ingredients: 

Made of hypereutectic alloy composite wear-resistant laminate. The wear layer material is similar to high chromium cast iron. Therefore, the wear-resistant elbow wear-resistant pipe is more wear-resistant, which is more than five times the life of ordinary high-manganese steel pipe.

Hardness comparison: 

The surface hardness of the wear-resistant elbow of the bimetal wear-resistant pipe is between HRC: 58-62.

Thickness:

 Different thicknesses can be produced according to different applications. Common specifications: 6+4, 6+6, 8+4, 8+6, 10+4, 10+6, etc., can choose different thickness of wear-resistant pipes according to customer needs.
