What are the structural features of our  composite wear resistant steel plate?

Wear resistant steel plate is composed of low-carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer. The alloy wear-resistant layer is generally 1/3~1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the matrix provides the strength, toughness and plasticity of resistance to external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides the wear resistance to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
The high hardness self-shielding alloy welding wire is welded evenly on the substrate by special equipment and automatic welding technology. The composite layer is one to two or even multi-layer. The uniform transverse cracks appear in the composite process because of the different alloy shrinkage ratio. This is the remarkable characteristic of composite wear resistant steel plate.
